Our Story
We are a paper converting company established in 2014, engaged in the manufacturing of notebooks and other paper-related products. We export our products to the USA, UK, and African markets, meeting international quality standards.
Currently, we supply customized notebooks to more than 150 local schools and colleges, and also offer a wide range of products under our own brand, “CLASSINA”, through retail stores.
Our extensive product range, superior quality, and consistent performance have driven our growth over the years and enabled us to build strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

Manufacturing Process
At our modern manufacturing facility, we follow a well-structured and efficient notebook production process designed to deliver consistent quality and durability. Each stage is carefully monitored to ensure that every notebook meets both domestic and international standards.
The process begins with the selection of high-quality paper, sourced from reliable suppliers and checked for GSM, smoothness, brightness, and strength. Once approved, the paper is cut and ruled using precision machines to ensure accurate sizing and uniform line spacing suitable for wide-ruled, college-ruled, or custom formats.
Next, the inner sheets are assembled and aligned, followed by binding operations such as glue binding or stitching, depending on product requirements. Strong adhesives and controlled binding techniques are used to ensure that pages remain secure throughout regular use.
The notebook then moves to the cover-making section, where thick, high-GSM hard covers are laminated, printed, and finished. Covers are carefully matched with the inner sections and pressed to achieve a firm, long-lasting bond. Rounded corners and edge finishing are added for enhanced durability and safe handling.
Throughout the manufacturing process, strict quality control checks are conducted at multiple stages, including paper inspection, binding strength testing, print accuracy, and final appearance. Finished notebooks undergo a final inspection, followed by proper packaging to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
By combining advanced machinery, skilled manpower, and stringent quality control, we ensure the production of notebooks that are durable, functional, and aesthetically appealing, catering to schools, colleges, retail markets, and export customers.
